Tania has an honours BA in English from The University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Prior to joining Trojan, she gained marketing communications and public relations experience at Honey Design, Marketing & Communications, Dow Chemical Canada Inc.and Campbell's Soup Company Canada.
 
At Trojan since 2005, Tania oversees all facets global marketing communications including branding, advertising, media relations, marketing material development, product launches, tradeshows, corporate giving and even internal communications. Her primary responsibilities include leading the messaging to market for Trojan's two largest business arenas: Municipal Wastewater and Municipal Drinking Water. While Trojan's largest and most established market is here in North America, Tania is challenged with helping to grow the market in Europe, Australia and Asia. She leads a small but mighty team of two marketing coordinators and one graphic designer. Her work has been recognized with an IABC Gold Quill award and numerous IABC London Virtuoso awards.

Ruth Thorogood opened Thorogood Communications (TC), formerly known as Thorogood Graphics, in 1994 in London, Ontario. The company relocated to Strathroy, Ontario in 1998.
 
Ruth’s diverse skill set and inherent talent have allowed TC to thrive. Awarded the designation of R.G.D. by the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario in 2006, Ruth has extensive work experience in many areas including: print, large format, web, multimedia, exhibit marketing, illustration, photography, musical scoring, environmental design, wayfinding, new product or systems creation, and programming.
 
Her varied capability gives Ruth unique insight into brand usability and consistency. Under her direction, TC is able to provide a wide variety of quality services and products; an offering that rivals many of the area’s best communications firms. As a result, the company has a strong client portfolio including local, provincial and international organizations.
